SMOKEY MUSHROOM SAUCE

Saute:(in butter)
1 clove garlic
1/2 onion, sliced
1/2 c mushroom, sliced.
Add flour (same amount as butter - making a roux)

Add:
generous 1 tbs salt
dash of pepper
1/2 tsp savory
1 1/2 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp liquid smoke (hickory)
milk until desire consistency.

To be used with BISON MEATBALLS FLORENTINE
